Anybody concerned with battery?

Not worried about battery life at all. Thats what they make portable chargers for...and I'm in a vehicle all day so its even less of an issue.

I'm worried about it. Coming from a Note 2 that doesn't even make it through my 12 hour work shifts due to heavy usage. Worst case is I have to keep a charge cord with me while at work most of the time.

I had a Note 2 for a brief period. I remember the battery being no better despite it's size. It seemed like it was big enough to accommodate the large screen but otherwise even as far as battery life. I could get through the day, but I would have just as much battery left as with smaller phones. The G2 battery is very nice, the standby time is great. It's been sitting on my desk since yesterday, I haven't used it very much, just listened to some music . Right now it's at 15 hrs, 25 minutes on battery with 85% left. The screen time is only 7 minutes.

I feel the same way about this phone. Maybe because prior to this I came from an Iphone with a horribly worn out battery so this Note 2 battery just seemed awesome. I woke up around 9am today and with what I would consider light usage I'm down to 30%, not that great.

I've always had good luck with the Iphone's battery. The G2 is the only Android phone that comes close to it, if not better. I have a Moto X and the Battery life is ok, about the same as other Android phones I've had. I keep reading about the Snapdragon 800 really helping the battery, I'm hoping this is the case with the Nexus 5, even though it's just 2300mAH vs. 3000mAH on the G2.

My opinion is if you have 1 phone, it better have a removable battery. Since tmobile add lines are so cheap, two phones with one battery will do me good.
