Anybody had damage on brand new Tab?

I'm trying to exchange my Tab for another one because the one I bought had damage when I took it out of the box. Has anybody else had this problem?

I had a problem with my screen. After about a day. I noticed an oilly looking spot. It was a gap between the screen levels. It would come and go throughout the day. I took it back to BB and they exchanged it not problem.
 
I just want to throw this in here real quick:

I sent my first one back to Amazon after it's inputs became completely unresponsive. When the second one arrived I noticed that neither of them had any bubble wrap, or anything of the sort. You could literally shake the unopened package and hear the box sliding around in there, and considering Samsung's box pushes the front of the device straight to the top, there's only a thin layer of cardboard protecting it.

That cannot be good.
