Yeah, you get to them on the sides of the band. No need to take the back off.

I saw that my nearest Best Buy (there are 6 of them between home and work) had 2 in stock this morning. I hopped over at lunch and I was told that they were for people that had special ordered them. So, I went through the odd process of buying a gift card to reserve one. Good news is that everyone there knew the process well. It appears that this watch is selling very well indeed. Compare that to when I bought my first Galaxy Tab at Best Buy in 2011. Not a sole there knew what I was talking about.

So, I'm planning to get the new iPhone next week and the new Apple Watch when it comes out. So, I no longer need the 360, though I love it. I can take it back to BB but I figured if someone here wants one and wants it fast, I will sell it for $300 including the shipping. Just PM me if interested. It's still in new condition. Silver with grey leather.

How? I can't see any way to get to the pins from the "side of the band" on mine, they're both under the housing it looks, and I don't want to go tugging on the leather too much.

Just tug on the leather... and if you have a proper pin tool, you can stick it in the space and easily release the band.

They're hard to see but they're there. I'd seriously recommend taking it somewhere to get the band changed. No sense risking damaging the watch or the pins by doing it yourself if you're not sure.

I was able to pick up a silver/grey suede Moto 360 at the Best Buy next to the Mall of GA on Sunday. They didn't show stock online on Saturday, but Sunday morning the site said they had some. I went up there and was told they hadn't got any in. I said that isn't what the site says. They said the site was wrong. I told them the site didn't show stock yesterday but does today. THEN they took the time to look it up on their tool and found them. They said it must have come on a late delivery on Saturday. After 20 minutes of hunting around for the watches, I walked out of there with my new favorite toy/watch.

I'm not sure I would want all that the apple watch is supposed to do on my wrist. There is a reason why I have a 5.5 inch OnePlus One. It is so I can see things on a nice big screen. I love getting notifications on my wrist. I would prefer a little more interaction with texts, but that will come with updates. I DON'T want to play a game on my wrist. It isn't the most comfortable position to put your arm in for a long time to use your watch like that.

My moto 360 makes it through the day. I'm looking at it for the time and notifications throughout the day. I even spawn off a few text messages from the watch as well. It WON'T make it 24 hours, but I'm not awake 24 hours. I just need it to last from 8am to midnight each day. It does that just fine with around 20% battery left. It charges so fast that if i knew I was going out for the night, I would pop it on the charger while I worked for 30-40 minutes to get it back to 100%. I bought it knowing that they would make it last longer via software over time...hoping.

Ordered mine on release day. Was told it would be available today. My credit card was charged today, then I get an email from best buy telling me that my order is delayed and expect it in 1 to 2 weeks. Even though it is supposedly on the truck from the warehouse.
I'm guessing an employee snagged it for themselves.

Yup! I was able to place an order via Bestbuy.com this morning! Now they are both sold out!

I'm getting a little irritated that none of the places to buy a 360 are taking backorders. What is the thinking behind this?
I am fine with not getting one TODAY but I would at least like to place my order. I don't want to have to keep checking the websites everyday just to be told that they are out of stock. Well take my money today and ship me one when they are available!

Sorry for the rant, this mentality is just confusing in this day of electronic orders and the internet.

I know how you feel about not being able to pre order it. I live in San Jose and every best buy store nearby has been sold out and couldn't pre order. I've been checking everyday on their website and every time is shows that they are sold out. I went to the best buy in Milpitas and they told me I could pre order it. So I did and it should take 2-3 weeks. This morning I checked their website and I was able to order it. I should be receiving it on Monday!

Same here. Ordered online on release day (9am PDT) with ship to store...big mistake. Order was supposed to arrive today and be available for pick-up; however, they sent me an email this morning stating shipping delayed for 1-2 weeks, although system status shows as "shipped to store". Customer support offers no additional insights. Lesson learned: do not order from bb.com again.

So I wasn't expecting that the Best Buy store I popped in today would even have them in stock. I ended up going to 2 different Best Buys because the first one I was in. I literally missed my chance to purchase one by 20 seconds. As I was about to get one the guy just paid for 2 of them and was about to walk out the store.. So I headed back to the office and called the Best Buy closest to my house and to my surprise, they had them in stock. I asked if they could hold one and they told me they were 1st come 1st to walk out. I figured after I got off work that if they had them in stock then I would pick one up. So I drop by the store after work and they actually had 3 of them. 2 black and 1 silver/chrome (whatever color you want to call it), anyways, I was going to get the silver one but the guy standing next to me was getting it for his wife. So I went with a black one.. But apparently they are starting to get them in stock (SLOWLY) on their Wednesday trucks. So just call up the Best Buys that are convenient to get to and see if they have them in stock. That way you save the gas and aggravation. Just know that if they do have them plan on getting there as quickly as you can. Oh FYI.. I'm in the DFW area.
