anybody's phone dead when receiving a call?

Sometimes when I get a call I can hear the person but they can't hear me. They call back 2 or 3 times until it works properly. I am slowly losing faith in the LG V10. I used to be amazed by this phone but after the update it is just not the same. Battery life suffered the most along with little issues here and there. Now this problem... Ugh. I'm ready to call Verizon and demand a Note 5!

I just purchased the phone last week, and have not had any issues with it. I am not as impressed as I thought I would be with the battery! But I have an additional battery ordered with a charging cradle, so I'm not much about that.

I noticed you said that these things occurred after the update. I would strongly suggest doing a factory reset after every update. Some folks don't require it, others like me normally do.

Try to factory reset before you return it. I will also say that the Note 5 is an awesome phone, I had it as well!

I did a factory reset after the update. Or did not help.
Verizon sent me another phone and here I am again.

I'm sure if this is a widespread issue, they should be releasing an update soon to fix it! I haven't experience that issue, hopefully I won't!

I wonder if there's something messed up with your wifi calling settings? I think they optimized some wifi calling functions on that last update. Mine has been OK though. Wifi calling for me is vital, since I barely get 3G-2/5 bars from verizon in my living room. I am very dependent on my wifi network to keep my calls connected.
