"AnyConnect" app ( a very important vpn app for me) stopped working after updating to 4.3

I use " AnyConnect" app ( a vpn app) But after updating to android 4.3 Jelly Bean today,it doesn't work anymore and everytime I try to run the app I receive this error: "vpn Service is shutting down because a critical component can not be initialized. A reboot may fix the problem"
But it didn't fix after I rebooted the phone! I even tried installing the app again , updating the app, clearing data,but didn't help. Anybody can help me?! This app is really important for me!

Have you tried to send an email to them and let them know of the problem? Sometimes it can be a simple fix and they will get it working again for you.

I did.They said there's a new update for the app fixed for 4.3! But I can't access Google play without my vpn.So I think I'll wait for other markets to update
