At&t Website says that all stores around me have stock of the black one. Anyone going to buy it today? Please share pictures.

Edit: Totally didn't realize there was an At&t sub thread now. Could a moderator please merge this with the post on the black phone in the ATT section? thanks.

I received my Sprint Jet Black One yesterday, and I love the way it looks. Very sleek, and IMO better looking than the silver version. Does anyone know if T-Mobile will also be getting the black version soon?

Just called my ATT store, where I purchased two silver ones last week. They have one in stock and they are saving it for me. Have to pay the $35 return fee, but not that big of a deal, especially since my store manager waved the two $36 activation fees for me last week!

I took back my AT&T silver One and went for a black Sprint One.

I prefer the silver color myself. I guess having the one X and one X+, silver is a nice change of color.

IMO, I love both colors, I prefer my silver, but I would never downgrade my service to Sprint, At&t has great LTE coverage across the board, and i have had improved reception with my one, when compared to my previous one x. Plus my local ATT store now has the black in stock, but i am sticking with silver

I prefer the silver model for many reasons.
- first time ever to use a silver phone (have always used black or white)
- silver looks premium. Black looks like any other black phone. I fact the black HTC One looks a lot like the HTC One X and One XL which I used last year. Now I wanted the new HTC One to look deferent.
- silver model will show less finger prints at the back whereas the black one will show alot of finger prints
- scratches on the silver model will not be as obvious as the black model. Scratches on the black model will eventually be shown as silver marks
- silver model gives a contrast look to the phone as the screen is black and the sides are white. Black model is all black which looks boring.

Now both colors look good but silver model would give me better satisfaction when using the phone so it was my choice of color.
Everyone has heir own choice.

I walked into the AT&T store yesterday fully intending to buy the silver model (I'd heard some blog posts about the black version being soon to be released/released, but hadn't paid it much mind), but when I saw them side by side I changed my mind. They both look sleek but the black version looked just that little bit better (particularly with the way it blended with Sense 5).

I'm doing it for two main reasons: first, I love EVERYTHING in black, from my cars to my wardrobe; and, second, we bought two Ones last week, and it's a pain to have to turn them on each time to see whose phone it is! :)

I know what you mean. When I get a new phone, I get one for my wife.
I normally get the black model and my wife would get the white one.
We would get the same color.

It's time round I did things differently. Got my wife the white Galaxy S IV. I mostly get the black color phones but this time I decided to the the silver model as a fresh change and aluminum looks better when it is silver.
Anyway I had used the Black HTC One X and Black HTC One XL, if I got the Black HTC One it will get me bored because I had used them last year.
