Disappointed doesn't begin to describe it! NONE of my Yahoo emails are being received. Since I use one of my Yahoo accounts for business, this means that I just lost a job because I couldn't connect with my perspective employer. Help!!!!

Have Nexus 4 and no update yet. Negates having a Nexus device and more readily opens my inclination to return to iPhone where updates rolled out quickly. About the only plus for iPhone but something Google needs to heed and adapt better than it has.

Yes Apple doesn't wait that long. Time for Google to learn a lesson and adopt a better way. And updates is the one place Android lags. Yes, we want it all!

Try removing both your Google and Yahoo accounts, reboot, and add them back. I had to do this on my Nexus 4 earlier.

Google rolls out the updates slowly, so that they can catch and correct any possible problems be fore they get too widespread.

This. I guess they figure that anyone who wants the update desperately enough will have a custom recovery they can install it with or be willing to sideload it.

I keep checking my 10 & 4 and neither have got the update yet, I'm in the UK, its turning into an obsession

Alls you need to do is go to apps > all and find and force stop Google services framework and also clear all data. Then try to update and it should work after one or two tries (two for me).

30 tries and still no update

You went through each step 30 times? Also try restarting your tablet. It has worked for me and many others. restart and go through each step again..

I am growing really ill of reading threads like this!

Buy a device based on what it can do at the time of purchase, not what you hope it will do when/if it gets an update.

If you get an update, think of it as a surprise, be grateful that you get anything!

said nobody who expects companies to keep improving, ever.

But as for this thread: Whining about a few DAYS? omg. Grow a set.

Is 4.2.2 suddenly not working for you?

Re: Anyone else dissapointed with slow rollout of the 4.3 update?

I've had WiFi issues that's why I wanted 4.3 see if it sorted that. I've just done the 'trick' to get it to update and after the third or fourth go it worked :-)

Re: Anyone else dissapointed with slow rollout of the 4.3 update?

This is starting to **** me off.. All my devices are Google. Two nexus 4 , and tablet. On top of that a very small update.. Does Google not care about their consumers? Out of all my friends and coworker s only 2 are android.. Maybe there is a reason.. Maybe I should start thinking..

Re: Anyone else dissapointed with slow rollout of the 4.3 update?

Wow... only days out and already people are ********. Side load it or do the framework trick or just wait. Until a week ago, all you people were happy with your device. Many of you have rooted which means you will not get the OTA update anyway.

Wow. That's a very strong assumption. Isn't that going a little too far?
