Coming from an iPhone/Tour and a long list of other smartphones, I've never experienced headaches or eyestrain after using device and it could be from overusing my new toy the last couple of days...anyone else experiencing something like this???

3 posts don't mean he's a troll... I get headaches and eye strain when using my phone to long with the brightness up to high

Coming off a Pre, I'm find this screen much easier to read, with no strain at all.

I suspect you're just using it a lot because you're excited about a new toy. Heck, read a paper book too long even in good light and you'll get eye strain. Take a break.

This is one of the biggest screens avilable on a cell phone, i find it 10 times easier to read than any other phone ive ever seen.

I had a sore neck and my wife had sore fingers because be played with our phones for 12-hours straight after getting them. :)

Seriously, what's wrong with you? This forum is for everyone to discuss the EVO, good bad or indifferent. Your childish rants aren't helping anyone.

I don't think discussing the Evo includes making threads about silly BS. There is nothing inherent about the Evo that will cause headaches or eyestrain more than any other phone. In fact, it has attributes counteractive to those ailments.

The only headache I got was from all the hours playing with this awesome device, I can't seem to put it down. Coming from that tiny screen of the Pre I will never go back to anything smaller than 3.7" period!

I can count about 100 threads that could be counted as just silly bs. But ppl still have the right to post them that's kind of the point of forums. Probably just used the phone for to long.

It really is a serious question, I may be new to this particular forum but this is what a forum is for...to ask questions to a community of like users.

I had never experienced this with any other phone, being a Sprint Biz Account Exec, this really worries me. I have had every smartphone in our playbook and have never experience headaches or eye strain before. I was just wondering if anyone else in community had experienced the same...that is not TROLLING as you so eloquently wrote.

3 posts?

Troll. Move on.

You have 190 posts and have been around for a month? Hardly makes you a pro among many forums IMHO.

I'm new around here too, first post in fact, but this kind of behavior drives me nuts. If you dont feel like helping another out, fine. Just pass on the thread and move on. It certainly seems to me that it was just a person asking a question. A question which certainly didnt deserve a response such as that.

Jordus, if you don't like a thread then don't read it. Many months ago, the feedback that we received from our members is that they like AC because they weren't belittled for every little thing they asked or posted. It is our intent to keep it that way. It's not your job to moderate threads, it's ours. If you don't like a post, then use the report post button, and let us decide if someone is trolling or not. Seriously, we are not going to bring this up with you again.

To everyone else, lets get back on topic.

Being a computer programmer, you are going to have eye strains if you look at any monitor for extended period of time. I get headaches looking at my 27 inch computer screen at work if I don't take periodical breaks.
