Anyone else have broken Bluetooth audio in cars?

So this seems to be fixed for me now! I'm on 4.4w2 and the latest Eye update for the M8. I dont get any skipping audio in either a Honda or Mercedes. Not sure which one fixed it but I'm happy.

ETA: the eye update added 4.4.4 to the One M8 in case it makes a difference.

This happened to me today. It was pretty bad. LG G3, with Moto 360 and a 2013 Mazda 3. I'm a huge fan of Bluetooth audio in mt car. Gonna have to figure this one out.

I haven't had this happen yet but what is everyone using? I know there were a few issues with 4.4.X and bluetooth. I've noticed that many of the people with issues have phones using Android 4.4.3 and below. There is also the specific app, I've seen other threads where people have issues with Play Music specifically and skipping. Maybe narrowing down the bigger items might help figure out how to fix or make the issue better.
For Example I use:
Nexus 5 stock 4.4.4 (Google Play Services 6.1.83 [on the phone])
Moto360 with 4.4w.2 update (Google Play services 6.1.87 & Android Wear 1.01.1526154 [on the watch])
Pandora/PowerAmp (paid)
Pioneer DEH-8500BT Head unit

Yes this happens to me. I have a 4 week old Jeep Grand Cherokee, a 3 week old Moto X and a 2 day old Moto 360. Phone and 360 are running latest updates.

I have Spotify and Google music installed. Noticed it on first time using it with the 360 and the music app with the file stored on the phone. Started as pauses, then strange skipping and different speed play, got worse then finally unresponsive. Spotify was playing ok but the next day I had the same problem in Spotify.
Disconnect the watch, problem resolved.
This doesn't happen all the time but it happens most of the time. My wife took a video, I will upload it to you tube soon
