Anyone else having a problem updating Galaxy App store?

Ok, so I opened Samsung Galaxy Apps and it alerted me that an upgrade was available. I'm not in an area with WiFi right now so I click the option to download over network. It downloads, and attempts to install. The problem is it's stuck there. It keeps saying installing as if it's doing something but I've been waiting over an hour. I've cleared my cache, restarted my phone, and still the same issue. Is anyone having the same issue? Anyone else know if a fix?

I had 4 updates this morning. Samsung Health took forever but eventually finished. The other 3 installed in less than a minute.

Hmm. In my case it's a problem with the actual Galaxy store. I can't get in to update my galaxy apps because the store needs to update. Problem is when I try, it's stuck at installing.
