Anyone else having problems with pre order screen?

Now it doesn't even let you sign in! When I sign in it reverts you back to the home screen and not signed in.

Same here. Tried to call, 30 minute wait. I guess they don't want to sell phones that bad. They just think people have nothing better to do than keep going on a website or calling and waiting.
 
Got my order in and my 250 credit lickety split. No issues. Smooth as silk.

I'd guess neither of those. They probably expect most people to quickly figure out that the high peak demand is overwhelming their server capacity, and to try again in a day or two.
 
I've tried my computer, my phone, and my tablet. I tried customer service and he sent me a link...it didn't work either.
 
Thought i finally hit paydirt! It was moving faster and selected my gifts and then went to start checkout and the blank screen again! I have to work in 1 hour. Hopefully 10 tonight I can get on with less people on it.

That's where I always ended up. I'll be up at 2:30AM MST, so I might give it a try. But I'll sleep on just ordering from Amazon or just move on to another phone.

However, eventually, the blank screen turns to a message nothing is in my cart but there was!

OK, I finally got through. I think the site is up again. Its still slow, but it is apparently working.
 
Still trying, Have 4 different browsing screens and getting nowhere. How are some getting through????

I don't think the browser has any effect. I used Google chrome on a windows PC. Can you sign in? Perhaps it got fixed and was again swamped by orders. Maybe just clear cache or restart PC and try again.
 
Making some progress! Finally got my credit card and shipping info in. Wheel spinning again though.
 
I'm wondering if these issues are occurring because of Samsung's website being inundated with virtual traffic. Hopefully everything gets resolved soon!
 
They need to do MUCH better next year with being prepared for all of the traffic on the website.
 
Finally got the phone ordered this morning, but after trying all day and half the evening yesterday, the case I wanted, the 45W charger and the wireless pads were all missing from the order form and the invoice. I've still got the 250 credit, but one would think they had enough accessories to deal with the orders
