Anyone else hoping the next HTC One phone has a bigger screen?

The front stereo speakers are great, for leaving on the sink and listening to music in the shower!

To each his own, I just don't have much use for it. We all know most of the smartphones coming out for at least the next 6 months and none to my knowledge will have front facing speakers. It seems logical that if consumers were clamoring for this type of gimmick (1) we would have seen it before and (2) other OEMS would be following suit. Time may prove me wrong but I just think most people dont listen to media without headphones on.

I have actually read articles that say that the whole front speakers are expected to be the norm soon. Not exactly boomsound (which I love by the way). Maybe not next years phones but I can definitely to be started in the next two years. I love it when someone pulls out their phone to play music and I am just like, "do you want me to play it on my phone? it is louder!" lol I love it.

I really don't care about the Beats or the fact that the speakers are stereo. I do find the FRONT FACING aspect to be a pretty big deal. I do think that other manufactures will eventually try something similar- If not front facing then perhaps front vented.

Htc wasn't the first to incorporate FF speakers; Lg was actually.. Cricket Wireless Lg Optimus C has a Ff speaker, not sure about the other Optimus variants.

I am not fo a bigger screen if it will make the phone bigger but rather a solution like S4 which use every single mm for the screen

No thanks. Assuming HTC is still making phones and hasn't gone bankrupt by the time I'm ready to replace mine, I may opt for something the size of the One Mini.

They definitely need to make the bezels much smaller, the phone it self just feels really narrow

The size of the One in my hand is perfect. If they can somehow squeeze more screen real estate into the same physical size, hen sure, but I don't think that's possible.

Just give me the same speaker config and a better camera and deliver it in a 64gb GE/DE and I'll preorder tomorrow.

No. I think the size of my HTC One is perfect. Best phone I have ever owned. But then I just came from an HTC Hero. Lol.

I have both s4 and htc one and don't want HTC one screen to be bigger our smaller. I love the screen of both s4 and htc one.

the ideal screen size for me is around 4.5 and 4.7 for a smartphone.
