Anyone else notice the VZW Lollipop update added Download Booster?

I may be a little late to the game on this, but it seems that the Lollipop update for the Verizon S5 added the download booster feature. Go to Settings > More Networks and it's the first option. You'll get a new icon in the status bar and it seems to work too -- I tested it out downloading a big (>30mb) app from the Play Store and the icon lit up.

Yes, it works for me, however I find it disconcerting that sometimes the icon is greyed out, and other times it is completely gone. It does "light up" when actually being used, and noticeably cuts download time.

For larger file downloads, it uses BOTH cell and wifi for a faster download time.
