Anyone figure out how to cast their screen onto a Smart tv?

I use Chromecast. It'll depend on what your TV and devices support. The manual talks like Miracast should work, but it clearly doesn't from what multiple people have reported.

I have an LG smart TV and I can't get it to work... The step by step guide on the TV doesn't match up with any menu screens on the z force Droid.
I love this phone... But I'm getting annoyed with this!

Chromecast. $35. Problem solved. I don't like the software on smart tvs. Its never user friendly.
