Anyone figure out how to delete words from swype?

I can only delete words when that pop up box appears about hidden words. There are alot of words il never use and would like to delete so they dont pop up anymore. The hight light word only works with what I posted above

no, turns out that you can only delete words you have entered into the user dictionary. You can't delete words pre installed into swype.
