Anyone finding the camera really awful for snapchat?

Absoluetly horrible, worse than my old lg g5 WITH A CRACKED LENS.
Anyone else have this problem?

Not a V30 owner but snapchat takes garbage photos on my S7, they look about identical to my ancient Note 3 and are awful compared to what the Samsung camera app takes.

Snapchat doesn't optimize their app for different cameras at all. It's part of the reason I no longer use snapchat. That and Instagram is so much better.

Yeah they had literally only one in stock at the store I went to and everyone I talked with at verizon that day was like, you mean the v20? After finally getting the phone the guy tried to sell me on some accessories, I literally laughed and said I bet they dont have anything. He asked what phone it was (how did he not already know...) And when I told him he was suprised and agrees with me.

Regardless, I'm pretty disapointed in the regular camera app as well. Looks like possibly a software related issue too, but the pics and even video are just not that good...

If you could provide examples, that would be helpful.

I took a few shots with the display model, and the daylight and macro shots seemed to look really good. However, I have seen some early reports that lowlight shots are dull and almost gray scaled, and blacks are consistently crushed. All of that is very disappointing.
