anyone get any answers on fast wireless charging paused issue?

We will look into this. We are sorry to keep you waiting. Please be advised that we do not recommend to use a non-Samsung charger for your device to avoid compatibility problem. Can you confirm if the problem persists when you are using the Samsung fast charger? ^Bert

If I'm not mistaken, the previous (GENIUNE) Samsung wireless chargers work fine, but if you use a fake (aftermarket) Samsung wireless charger, those have an issue.

I have third party wireless fast chargers that work fine with my Note 5 and S7 edge but not the S8+ or S8
