anyone get group messages to work?

I can't get handcent or go sms to send group messages. All of my friends have iPhones so they all imessage. How do I get it to work with them? Is it even possible?

Try Contacts GroupU. It's a fairly old app, but still works fine on my Razr Maxx.

Yes. Go into settings. MMS settings. Turn on group messaging.

I've turned on group messaging in the stock app (turned off notifications so I don't get duplicates) and made sure mms/group messaging was also on in handcent/go sms pro (depending on which I was testing, tried one app at a time)
I'll give contacts groupu a try
