anyone get the marshmallow update?

I have the Moto 360 Sport. I had the 1st one for 2 weeks and the screen died on me (whited out). Received replacement 2 days ago and immediately upgraded it to the new Marshmallow release. So yesterday was my 1st full day of usage after upgrading. I started my day at 7 am and put the watch back on the its charger at 11 pm and I still had 74% battery left! That's a huge improvement! I used to end the day around 25%. Anyone else seeing better battery performance?

I've got it and now I can't turn the screen off whilst it's charging and the factory reset option seems to have disappeared.

Deep joy. What a piece of junk!

I just got notified to install, but I won't be able to until I can charge it later.

Yes. You have to put it on the charger to receive the download. After the download, you take it off to install.

I think I read somewhere to turn your Watch off and restart.

Got it Wednesday night. It's basically the same...Ambient mode looks a little better, Moto Body Running is installed, and the new gestures are available. I may have slightly better battery life now, but I never had trouble making it through the day with Lollipop.

When I tried disabling Moto Body and using Google Fit on Lollipop, it drained my battery pretty quickly. It looks like it still does on Marshmallow. I'm not sure what's up with that, but it doesn't really matter that much to me.

They did away with the restart button and replaced it with disconnect from phone. So to restart, you now have to shut it down and turn it on again. I haven't noticed any improvement of battery life. It does seem to run smoother and faster, however. Gestures are improved, as well.

I got the update yesterday. The new gestures are interesting but nothing groundbreaking.

Update was meh. I'd say Google needs to really overhaul that user interface. Make it more attractive

Just checked XDA. Guy there says, and posted screenshots: 8-bit ambient is gone. That would be huge.

I can confirm this... and it actually surprised me when I saw it on my 360.2 watch the first time a few days ago (I had no idea there was an update to 6.0 or what it did). I thought my watch face was broken or something :) Reducing the number of colors on ambient (standby) screens was a stupid idea from the beginning... it doesn't save any power at all on LCD screens... and I don't think on LED screens either. Good riddance!!!

It does seem like everything is a bit smoother too. I don't really care about the new gestures, since I don't use them.

6.0 still hasn't shown up on my "old" 360.1 watch yet.

Is this update available for iPhone users yet?

Why are you using Android wear for iPhone? It's practically useless unless your just using it for Google searches. Get an apple watch and save yourself the headache

Not everyone likes the non-stay-on, square, overpriced Apple Watch. Even with reduced functionality, the Moto 360 is better for some.

I got the update. Can confirm ambient mode is nearly identical to being awake. It supports full color and doesn't appear as blocky. Not a whole ot is different other than that. You can no longer sleep the screen when on the charging dock, as it wakes up after a minute or so.

Factory reset is now in the app menu. When you unpair watch, it resets. Problem 1 solved.

Download Slumber for Android Wear. Problem 2 solved.

I hate the square Casio calculator look of the Apple Watch.

I still get my messages and can answer calls, plus it tracks my heart rate, steps, distance walked or run.

It may not let me reply but it's still a nice watch to wear and does function enough for me to love wearing it.

Do I need to be running marshmallow on my phone to get these new features? Because I did the download and nothing changed
