I got my confirmation code yesterday but just got my redemption code email a few minutes ago, almost 24 hours later. At least I got it.

Got an email as well. I too initially got a confirmation #, but no credit. I was a bit bummed, but no worries... If I didn't get it, I didn't 'lose' anything, just wouldn't have gained something. Big difference.

I wonder if Samsung reviewed the IMEI numbers that some people were submitting fraudulently and stripped them of the credit. Would be a nice surprise if those that did try that scam woke up this morning with charges on their Google account from their misappropriated shopping spree.

I'm pretty sure once you redeem the google play codes, there is no way to strip of it.. There are screenshots over on XDA of some folks with $700+ credits!

Under the terms and conditions, it mentioned something about Samsung reserving the right to nullify the credits. I'm guessing if Samsung wants it bad enough, they will remove the credits. Hell, I'd consider doing it as a form of therapy, Apple just kicked my tail in court, so I'm going home to figuratively kick my dog (strip some fraudulent thieves of some credit).

Read on another forum, that someone cheated the system of several thousand dollars. But it's just hearsay, so who knows.

I also got my credit email today. I was kinda bummed out thinking I wouldn't get it and woke up and there it was. I almost did a happy dance lol.
