Anyone get their return slip yet?

No they aren't. You have 15 days to do it, if I remember right you will get a email. They have thousands of emails to send out, so be patient

Use your 15 days...keep your old phone as long as you can to make sure you like the new phone. Once you send it in you are not getting your old phone back. The tracking number on the shipping label they send you via email has to be active on day 15 and you are good.

I had my phone delivered yesterday and got the email with the return label this morning.

I do recall one time in the past I had to call Samsung because I didn’t get the email. They sent it right out.

I got my email today and I haven't gotten the phone yet

I would check the order page on Samsung.com. From there you can print the trade-in shipping label.

Just got my email too and it confirmed everything that y'all have been saying.

Additional questions: I did a factory reset right away. I did not sign out of my google account or samsung account, and according to their video, I needed to do that before factory reset. was this a poor decision? Do I need to go back into the phone to log out of a program i possibly deleted already?

Got my trade in email as well today morning, phones delivered yesterday evening.

Received my return label today for my Note 20 Ultra 5G after receiving the Z Fold 3 from Samsung yesterday. The email came from orders@shopping.us.samsung.com and was titled "Welcome to the Samsung Trade-in Program - #USXXXXXXXX"

Most likely, but with anything Samsung you never know. May be wait a few days to see what others say and also check with them once. Anyway still plenty of time to send so take some time to make sure you send it correctly

IMO should always hold off for a week to make sure you're good with phone before giving up your old one. You have 15 days to have the tracking number active.
