I haven't seen it yet. I'm checking pretty much daily as well.

I've been scouring the interwebs for this information as well. Closest​ thing I've seen to an update is various articles from Filipino websites saying that when it was unveiled in The Philippines Nougat was promised in August.

Nothing yet, but I am not surprised.

Lack of updates are the only thing that I don't like about this tablet.

Nothing...and I've messaged Huawei a couple of times, each time no reply. Great hardware and still works like a champ, but I would like to get the update and EMUI 5.

Same here. Makes me wonder since they just released two new versions of this tablet if we will ever even see 5.0 at all to be honest thinking about it now.

Hmmm. Obviously they didn't make the end of June date but hopefully July. I really love this tablet but it would be nice to have EMUI5 on it (like my mate 9).

Was the app drawer included on your EMUI5 Mate 9 update? I read somewhere that it was suppose to be a part of the update. Thanks!

The official OTA update for Nougat/EMUI 5 showed up this morning. I just finished the install and all seems well. An app drawer is now available and if you set Display - > View Mode to Small, apps will run in tablet mode.

Figured that out... Settings/Apps/Settings/Default app settings.

And...... Google Assistant is back for me. For a while it was bringing up the old Google Now screen. Glad GA is back.

I really like sliding up from the bottom edge to launch it as well.
