Anyone gotten their 8 Classic wet?

If so, did you do the water ejection mode to clear the speaker?

It seems really quiet in comparison to any other previous GW variant I've owned, and that includes the original GW, GW4 classic, GW6 Classic and the Ultra (2024)

Giving this a bump. Still no one?

My concern is the audio isn't loud enough to blast the water out of the speaker hole.

The GW6 Classic and GW7 ultra are both quite loud when taking the device out of swim mode or whatever it's called (the one with the water drops as the icon).

I literally just washed mine (wore to the gym, covered in dried sweat/salty residue) with warm water and Dawn. Also wear it in the shower regularly. I use the water lock/ejection every time.

So is the volume really loud when you do water ejection?

Mine isn't very loud compared to my GW7 Ultra

This is the first smart watch I've owned, I'm more a mechanical watch kinda guy, but when I cancel the water lock and do the water ejection, the watch chimes and initially the sound is a little bzzzzt due to water in the speaker but it chimes a couple times, each time there's less bzzzt from the water. I mean, what can I say, it works?
