Anyone have lag when waking up the phone?

More times than not I can notice a slight lag when hitting the home or power button to wake up the screen. Has anyone noticed this?

This is an ongoing issue over at XDA, it has been said several times that nothing can be done. When the phone awakes from deep sleep it appears to stall.

If you do a search "note 2 lag when waking" on this forum, you will find this has been posted numerous times.

I have noticed the same thing but its not an issue for me. Waiting half a second for the screen to come on is not a big deal...for me.

I have heard if you disable S-Voice it goes away. I use it so I haven't tried it myself.

I have s voice disabled but have a little bitt of lagg once in a blue moon. Not that big of a deal, you'd understand if you knew the whole deal in processors and their "hibernation" stages. Yes they are still active, but they "go to sleep" so its understandable if it takes .5 of a sec to wake the phone. No bigge.
