Anyone have or had a ZTE Z956 Grand X 4 I am having major issues!

[Android Central Question]

I do not get notified when I have a text message, my camera takes pictures but won't save them,my phone rings but it is a weird tone. When I try to set a ring tone it gives me a message like process media error, I have done everything I can find online with exception of a factory reset which I REALLY don't want to do. If i turn off my phone after cleaning cache and data it takes 4ever says optimizing 1 of 1 app. I am at my wits end with this phone! Can anyone help at all? I tried my carrier(Cricket) but they were absolutely no help. Oh and I can't get my Google play store to stay up.
