Anyone have problem with Note 4 and Google Drive, will not turn ON?

I was just make interest for my Android pats of Google Disk storage backup.
When visit Google Play store, my application seems to be downloaded to my cellphone, but it stopt after downloaded and ready for turned ON. What ever I try to touch this TURN ON screen icone of green, nothing happens. No matter if I t ry to remove this app, try to re-install, no way, still cannot TURN ON.

Anyone work out this issue, welcome for guide me to a solution.

I was suing Goggle Disk, correctly rename to Google DRIVE.
