Anyone have problems with there wifi

My wifi at my house doesn't seem to want to work, it shows that I'm connected, shows signal strength is good the link speed shows 65mbps shows my IP address . I have a
(MAC) filter but I know the codes to access the connections. And I thought it may be my wifi router so I drove up to Mac Donald's to test there's out on my phone. Guess what happens....... no connection hmmm so I called VZW she says they don't have people that trouble shoot WI-FI because its a 3rd party connection ...... any help or suggestions?

I'm assuming a web page and I tried opening my search engine and accessing a domain site ie: ESPN.com and it just does a load icon for about a min and comes up connection lost

On top of it now this is the very strange thing my wife's I phone dame thing won't connect either not on home or a open wsp ie MC D's either and I know how strange this is and be assured I know how to authenticate onto a wi-fi signal

What browser are you using? I use Opera mobile cause it works on wifi, my stock browser does not.

So your having this issue on another phone?
Try removing and readding the connection and
reset the phone.
