I have a DInc but my Pops has a D1 and says ever since he did the OTA to Froyo his phone takes forever to boot. It will actually come up fairly quickly but is non responsive for up to 10 minutes. Anyone have this problem?

I have had this problem too since froyo. The phone is unresponsive and usually reboots itself 2-3 times, takes 10-15 minutes after it restarts to get back into working order every time.

I have not figured out how to fix this.

I (unrooted) had an odd reboot the other day out of nowhere. It's the only one. And the missing launcher icons have returned from time to time. No biggie, and the reboot didn't seem to take any longer than it used to. It is funny that W7 now boots faster than my Droid!

Yea my Droid has been acting funky too since the OTA. I actually had to do 2 battery pulls last week.

But before the OTA my Droid was fierce lol.

I was not rooted prior to 2.2. Received the OTA and as Technified stated above, the performance and boot speed was fierce. Was having no issues whatsoever, but recently choose to join the rooters. I'm Mclovin it now. :)
