I bought my sons Verizon watches for Christmas. One is a gizmopal2 and the other is a gizmogadget. I can't get either to connect to the parent app (GizmoHub). I've spoken to Verizon customer service and been to the store several times. It works on other phones but not mine. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but with no results. The reps at the store checked my settings to make sure it wasn't set up incorrectly and that is not the case. I'm hoping someone else has a solution because it's now January 10th and my kids still can't use their Christmas presents.
