The phone is unbelievable in so many ways. I was tired of the lack of apps on my palm pre and the technical specs were dated...and I have big hands, surf the web and watch videos...and I live in a 4G area...and with sprint you can update after one year. So, it seemed to awesome. I have to say as cool as it is, I have some regret about losing my physical keyboard (never had a touchscreen one before)...which in time I may get faster with (I love the voice texting though and I use a swype like app too). But also, the biggest thing, is webos was beautiful fast and I was doing 5 things at once typically, switching back and forth...flicking away what I didn't need. This, pseudo-multitasking where I can't get to what I need easily and things continue to run in the background you don't want...is frustrating and a battery killer (I used automatic task killer). There's so many things I love about the phone, truly. I already bought the seidio innocase, the screen guards from seidio, 16gb class 6 microsd, and an 1800mah battery from amzer. I do love this phone. Its just a radical switch for a former webos user. I was sick of the pre device, but loved the os. I hope froyo and gingerbread make leaps with this area. Speaking of LEAP by HTC, it'd be nice if all the running apps did something like LEAP.
Anyway, I 90% am blown away...10% have regret. In a few months, when I am fully adjusted and froyo with sense is out...I am sure I won't look back.
