to get this get an app called lockbot either trial or pro.

as for this, it is ONLY a widget that will disable the lockscreen. this is NOT a lock in itself.

Flash from sd card uncommon Sense Rom have this lock by default and its very stable . You can get it also from Rom manager, download free from the market, then go to download Rom in RM there is at the bottom uncommon sense rom.

is the phone rooted? if it is then he can flash it. if not he needs an app from the market
