Anyone Know How To Transfer The Samsung Calendar From One Device To Another?

Noticed that in the last year or so Smarth Switch stopped giving you the calendar as an option to transfer the Samsung calendar.

I understand that if you switch to a Google calendar it will sync up on the new device, but I would really like to stick to using the Samsung Calendar without the Google calendar.

Any insight on this is appreciated.

Will the samsung calender not sync when you enter your account details?
I have a shared Google account which I put in to the Samsung calender account info and it works nicely, with Windows 10 also.
I prefer Samsung calender also.

Ok so back up the Samsung calendar on the Samsung cloud with the old phone then log into the Samsung cloud on the new phone and restore the calendar?

All I remember from my last transfer is that Smart Switch, which I did wirelessly, transferred over everything but the Samsung calendar. Sucked too, because I didn't realize this until after I wiped my old phone preparing it to send back to Samsung as part of the trade-in program.

You can download smart switch on computer and back it up there also instead of smart switch on phone , then choose the back up.to new phone from smart switch on computer.

Ok understood, didn't realize I had the option to use Smart Switch with a computer. Probably a better chance it lets me transfer over the Samsung calendar if I do it that way.

I always back up both ways , on computer with smart switch and Samsung cloud , just to have 2 back ups in case anything it's a good practice but I use Samsung cloud as my main transfer between phones .

That is smart. I will start doing the same, just to be safe. It took me four hours of putting all my calendar events back into my new S20 Ultra, mostly all by memory. My heart sank once I realized I was screwed. Although looking back I probably could have used Samsung Cloud to restore most of it. Learning the hard way is how I always learn not to make the same mistake again! Thanks for the advice.
