Go into Settings on your device, then find the application manager (this varies by device and you don't tell us what you're using, it will likely be either "application manager" or "apps"). That's a list of EVERYTHING you currently have installed. Locate the icon in the list, tap it, then tap App Info, this should give you more info about the app.

No, im not using it, my friend show me he get free internet using this vpn app, he wont tell me

You can't get "free internet" using a VPN app. What your friend is probably doing is tethering the other devices to his phone (possibly against contract terms but that's a whole other discussion) so he only has to pay for internet on the phone and not at home also. The data plan still has to be paid for, and if he is using the VPN with the goal of trying to hide the amount of data he's using it's not going to work - data sent and received is data sent and received no matter how you package it.
