Anyone not using a case with their Pixel 2?

No case here. Just a black dragon Dbrand skin.

I've been looking at that myself. I'm actually not to worried about dropping it as I am about the camera bump. The skins aren't actually thick enough to make that flush right? And how was the install, the videos make it look so easy. That dragon skin Looks great.

The videos make it look too easy but what worries me is that I'll completely mess it up and be out of whatever I paid for for the skin

Cases can be hard to find the one you really want when it’s still early yet. I’m looking for a nice thin leather shell type case preferably that leaves the buttons exposed. Still searching but yeah some type of minimal thin case for me.

Try Belroy, expensive but they make nice products.

I use a case, but only because of the camera hump. I'm paranoid that it will scratch just setting it down on my desk or a table.

using rhinoshield bumper. best combo for me that has naked feel and provides a pretty good level of protection.

Began with the MNML case...nice, but offers absolutely NO drop protection. Next switched to the Spigen Liquid Crystal case. Good drop and scratch protection for the back, fairly good view of the XL rear face, but somewhat bulky. Saw a review on this forum for the Rhinoshield Slim Bumper case [Crashguard] and I've got to say, this will be the one I stick with! I'm easy on my phones, so not too worried about scratches. The drop protection is essential for that one 'accidental' drop we all know is inevitable. But the big plus - for me - is that the beauty of the phone, front and back, is always visible. Definitely a keeper!!

I did try a Belroy for a couple weeks but it just didn't seem to have the quality I was looking for as well as being what seemed like some sort of faux leather. had no leather smell to it at all, was maybe dyed so that could have been part of it. Gave the Belroy a good try tho, returned it and ended up with a Noreve instead which is really top quality, has that pure leather that ages really well and gets better over time. Found a Black Friday discount and saved some $, but still pricey no matter how you slice it. Happy with it tho and it is what I was looking for.
