Anyone notice two layers of screen protection out of the box?

And its still responsive with two thick a$$ protectors? I've heard about response problems with just the one layer...

I just took the dive and picked away the second screen protector...my first impression was that that thing was ridiculously thick! (that's what she said...) But seriously, unnecessary. I slapped on my own Zagg protector and the responsiveness is so much better now. It's really hard to explain how much better it is once you take that craptastic screen protector off.

I agree, my zagg protector is pretty nice, not cheap, but I think its worth it.

Not to get off topic, but it seems as though you and I and a small handful of others are the only ones satisfied with this phone in most ways...lol. It's too bad.

Yeah, I feel like 1) a lot of criticism is coming from people who have never touched the phone, and 2) for all those who have touched the phone, no matter how much they criticize and complain, they never return it and go back to the Optimus V. It is a shame, its such a good phone for the money.

I agree completely. I wish that more people knew to take off the second layer, because it does make it so much better. And honestly, I know the phone is a bit expensive, but think about how much you save compared to contract plans with other carriers? That's what makes this phone a big winner for me.

people if you have a problem with the phone bring it back and get another one its that easy. i had a dead pixel so i returned the phone and got another one. And both are great other then the dead pixel.
