Anyone order from Samsung directly?

Worst experience I've ever had buying anything online. My brother pre-ordered his from att and guess what it shows out for delivery TODAY

BS. If they had shipped they would have instantly shown up in fedex delivery manager.

This. Unless they were all on a large pallet and went to a distribution center (for Fedex) near that cluster of people's addresses and Fedex slaps the label on today. But FDM hasn't failed me yet with showing me a label for my address/name.

There's nothing for me. I can't cancel the order, or I would. I know I'm not getting the phone tomorrow.

The only difference on mine is that for the phone it shows Confirmed instead of Preorder. However even with that I still get "Preparing for Shipment" and because I am having it shipped to my job, I can't even track it on Delivery Manager. :-\

This just in, Samsung knows they probably won't be able to have phones delivered by 4/20. Because of that, they're giving everyone another free speaker lmao

The real reason I'm sour is because I leave signature release door tag on door if I don't know what the tracking number is * And I won't be around to sign for it so

i did order it.

I did as well. I'd be perfectly fine if they came in two separate shipments. If they promised the phone by 4/20, I want to have the phone by 4/20.
