Anyone order from Samsung directly?

On my way home and my wife text me saying a package arrived yesterday and she put it by the door. Hmm could is of possibly arrived early without me receiving and emails or tracking

I just checked FedEx Delivery Manager and my shipping label was created today. But it's expected to arrive Friday.

Just got a text from FedEx with tracking number scheduled to deliver 4/20 by 8 PM. Ordered 4/11 with immersive bundle, Seattle area.

Wild how folks who ordered after the 10th are getting phones before people who ordered much sooner. Wild.

I don't think they are processing this in any particular order, lots of people who ordered 3/30 have got tracking. It's just random I guess.

Hope you get yours soon.

Contact Samsung and give them hell. They need to compensate you.

Still no movement for me either, close to 6pm EST. No charge to my credit card and still showing as PREORDER. So glad I pre-ordered on 3/30 now.....LOL.

Man. Ordered mine April 2 and they charged my credit card on the 4th but I have no confirmations that anything has been received or delivered. Everyone seems to have a unique bizarre situation

Just got the shipped email from Samsung as well. For what it's worth I called them around 1.30 PM and complained about not getting tracking still. They assured everything was looking good and saying it'll be delivered tomorrow. And one hour later I get tracking.

Not sure if that got to do anything but doesn't hurt to call.

I just called to ask about my order...the CSR should become a politician because she stonewalled perfectly. No matter what I asked or said, she replied with "At this time all I can recommend is that you keep an eye on your e-mail. A notification will be sent once the phone ships." She would not confirm any shipment or delivery date, shipment method, etc. If I don't get something by tomorrow morning I'm going to cancel this order and re-order from Best Buy so I can at least get the $100 off promotion. I probably won't get the phone until next week in either case.

I called at 9am EST this morning and was told the same thing...Still waiting here....Bit of a cluster if you ask me

Grr... Man that sucks. I do hope they get tracking for everyone before end of day. They could have handled this way better.

They don't have any excuse, they were sitting on their asses and now trying to get the phones out shipped. They could have done like TMobile or other carriers get the shipping labels everything ready and shipments loaded up for FedEx to come and collect on 17th. But now they are running around and shipping overnight for the remaining orders. The only question is if they can get thru shipping all the orders today.

I've never encountered a situation where I ordered something and a day to delivery have not received any tracking. They dropped the ball.

Im in the same boat have not heard anything yet. Im on hold now with them.
