Anyone order from Samsung directly?

Entering my order number followed by -01 finally just now got me a result.

It's being delivered tomorrow. by 8pm.

Still no sign of an email from Samsung though and my order on their site still just says 'Confirmed'. Good times.

I never doubted I would get it and I wasn't bothered if it was today, tomorrow or Friday, I just wanted confirmation so I could sort out logistics for delivery.

I just did the same thing mine has been shipped also. 7lbs no email what so ever from Samsung an they didn't even charge my card lol this is crazy.

Mine just came through via Delivery Manager. I've been checking every half hour or so. I checked at 12:26AM Eastern time. Shipping from IN to the NYC area. Shows as overnight delivery shipped 4/19 and delivery via FedEx by 8PM on 4/20. Status is currently "Label Created". Package is 7lbs, which should mean the whole immersive bundle. Samsung's website hasn't updated yet.

So there is still some sliver of hope for those still waiting. Looks like they are still processing with the goal of getting them into folks' hands tomorrow. Huh, I guess that's really today.

Mine finally shipped! Ordered on 3/30. (According to FedEx, label printed at 12:01est, overnight shipping)

It still says "preorder" on Samsung and I haven't even got a notification that I've been charged.

Sadly, my package is only 2lbs even though I paid for the $99 bundle. I hope that arrives soon.

I was expecting to work from home today to take delivery and play with my phone. The Samsung UK site just says shipped since Tuesday evening. No tracking no email nothing. I guess I'm going into work! BOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

received the email from samsung last night at 10:09 pm, my package has shipped, the phone and the immersive package. the fedex site says i should get it by 3PM on the 20th.

It is now morning and still nothing. No tracking number, no email, no text, nothing. This means Samsung took my money on 3/31 and failed to deliver has promised. If my phone is not here by end of the day, I will be requesting a refund. I will simply wait for the Pixel 2 to come out.

Shipment info was sent to Fed Ex at 11:08 pm for delivery today the 20th. Only 2 lbs which means the extra stuff I paid for so I wouldn't have to wait for it another day is not coming with the phone. it should still arive today (i would think) they moved all of these up to one day instead of two. did you order the VR or the full bundle?

sorry that it does not seem to have shipped with it. my email from Samsung last night shows the phone, immersive bundle and protection plus all as shipped. i was getting worried since i have already listed the VR on Ebay.

I was able to pull up a tracking label last night but it doesn't show that it was ever picked up. They also seem to have only shipped the phone. I guess I'm not getting it today.

My package just arrived down the street at the local FedEx. Knowing my luck lol I won't get it until 4pm. Probably would been better to just have had it held there and pick it up lol.

Now I have a second label in Delivery Manager that is the 7lbs it should have been so I don't know what they are doing.

This one is being sent Priority Overnight for delivery tomorrow.

I'm beyond irritated... Pre-order 2 phones and 2 bundles and the DeX station, just to receive an email that the DeX station is backordered (how it's backordered when I did the pre-order, you got me!) and still no shipping information! I've tried doing the FedEx Delivery Manager and nothing... I've tried doing the reference number thing, nothing... I'm taking 5 hours off work today and I'm hopeful that the phones arrive. Who knows when the DeX station will arrive?!?!

...and I pre-ordered everything on 3/30/17.
