Anyone planning on using Nova launcher?

Yes I do for one lousy feature. I want the shortcut to pull down the notification bar with an icon on the bottom of the screen. I can't reach the top with my thumb one handed. I also admit I like infinite rotation rather than new screens all added on my right. I like home in the middle and just keep swiping to go through every screen and back.

LG has infinite rotation of screens and an icon to pull down notifications built into the ui so I never used Nova on V20

Nova is great. I like it too on my older devices. If TW gets in my way I will install it as well on my note 8 but so far I don't have a desire for our. I'm still exploring the options and themes in native.
You may still want a button but you know that sliding your finger on the fingerprint censor will pull down the shade. It's in options.

Stock on the Note8 doesn't even come close. I installed Nova pretty much right away.

2 docks, 6 icons. 2nd dock icons are actually folders. 3 screens, left and right are all widgets for music and Google keep and some other stuff. Hidden status bar (shown with a gesture)

Just can't configure like this with stock.

The one thing I miss is the motion wallpaper.

Just downloaded it again was using Evie launcher but it keep crashing hopefully nova is stable.

Infinity and motion wallpaper are different. Motion applies a motion effect to any image you choose to be your wallpaper. The infinity ones are the stock samsung ones.. I assume you can buy them from the galaxy store too.

I got my N8 on Friday, found a Samsung theme I like, but the icons are too small. I am getting ready to try Nova again....
