Anyone preorder the regular Samsung Galaxy Note 20?

All right. Someone educate me. I got my preorder email. It says I can select a trade in and do samsungs buy back program. Here is where it gets fuzzy for me. After trade in the price is 650. Then it says you pay 325 total over the first 20 months of a financing program. Then it says at the end of 20 months you can trade in the phone for a guaranteed buyback of 650. So its basically 16 bucks a month for 20 months. Then after 20 months you give it back to them but then what? The 325 still owing is gone? Do they give you another 325 in cash or credit? Color me confused.

I don't know why they just didn't call it Lite.. it's too much of a downgrade. Hell the Ultra is a downgrade in storage from my S10+, but I have a micro SD.

Is this the Ultra or regular note 20?

I'm not sure why this phone exists. The announcement would have been perfect if they just announced the Ultra as this year's Note and left it at that. That one is the Note we know and love.

This one is just silly, minus the flat screen.

FWIW, I was able to get an additional 5% off (stacked with edu discount and $200 credit) with the following code: ref-dbw4xg

Note that this only works for first time orders. So you could try creating a new account with a different email if you already have an existing account with previous orders!

I bought the Note 20 and not the Ultra and I'm proud. :) I traded my Note 9 and got $550. I paid $427 for the phone with the discount, I added Bud Lives for 11 bucks. The Ultra would have been $277 more. With tax I got the Note 20 and Buds for $470. Awesome deal.

About to do the same thing. Can't beat the trade in offer and (for me) not worth the additional $300 for the Ultra

Because there is a market that will buy it because it's under the 1K mark especially with the trade in promo.

What he said. Trading in my Note9 gets me a new phone and ear buds for less than $500.

I looked at the S20+ but deals weren't nearly as good

I personally ordered the Note 20 Ultra, Black, 512gb, but my work is replacing my s9 plus with a Note 20 128gb Bronze. So I will have both to compare it.

AT&T had a trade in for $1000 for iPhone 7, and many other devices, so that is a no brainer to move that person to the XR in the house and the other person gets my Max. I get the new Note 20 Ultra.

I got the mystic bronze, bronze ear buds. I also got the Note10 last year. Trading in my Note 9. I'm happy. I checked it out at Best Buy before I set the deal. I'm okay we it less storage. I retired early and this my be my last phone. My Note10 only used 82 gb of the 256Gb and that's with a lot of unnecessary junk that I need to delete. week use a lot less storage since I retired. I retired early and am cool with the "lite" Note 20.

I use about the same amount of storage in my Note 10. While I thought it was rather pathetic to cut the storage in half, I'd rather have the bigger battery that the N20 offers.

I personally feel that the Note 20 is getting a bad rap much like how the Note 10 got a bad rap. It's targeted to folks that don't need everything that the Ultra has, but the folks making the most noise about it in the media are usually folks that it's not targeted to, and those folks won't see it in the same light.

Same here!!! I got the bronze color regular note 20

Theres more than just one or two differences been the Note20 & the Ultra models.. but it all comes down to what's most important to you & how much you're comfortable spending for it..

I would have gotten the flat screen N20 but it's missing so much stuff when compared to the ultra.
