Anyone purchased Nexus 7 from Walmart Website....189.00?

Walmart has the Nexus 7 2013 listed on their website for 189.00. The specs though are clearly the specs for the first generation Nexus 7. I emailed them and asked which is it and they said it was the 2013 one that they were selling. It still seems sketchy to me and hard to believe that they are selling the 2013 with 32GB for 189.00

Has to be an error. Regardless, buy it and when it arrives if it's not the 2013 version take into a local Walmart and have it switched for the 2013 one. Your receipt will show you paid for the 2013 as listed. The price doesn't matter. It's the same as an item mispriced in store, they will sell it to you for the marked price.

The N7FHD does *NOT* have a Tegra 3 processor....someone made a mistake on their web site

And AFAIK, they don't have the 32GB N7FHD in store....

Clearly their website has the wrong specs. I hadn't looked yet at a physical store.

Save that email, and go ahead and buy the tablet. If they send you the 2012, then bring it to Walmart with a copy of the email, and tell them you paid for the 2013. If they won't honor it, just ask for a full refund.

Its my understanding that they don't sell the 2013 in the stores, which also makes me believe that they don't have it online either.

Walmart? I bought my 2013 32gb Wifi model in the store before the originally announced launch date. They did have it behind a counter rather than in the glass display case, so it wasn't terribly obvious that they had it.

I had my wife order this yesterday for the $189 price when I saw the initial listing as the 2013 model. But then after looking at it again, I noticed it had the 2012 model # & specs listed. My wife called Walmart to verify which model it was and they confirmed that it was mislabeled as the 2013 model. They informed my wife that it is actually the 2012 model, apologized, told her that she couldn't honor the 2013 at $189, and then offered her $25 off of the 2013 for our trouble. My wife declined and asked them to cancel the order. They apologized again, said they would inform their website dept., canceled the order, said they would email a $25 gift card to my wife for our trouble (my wife received the emailed gift card a few minutes later).
