Anyone receiving bad benchmark scores on S3 jelly bean?

When I was on ics I was getting around 5600 on quadrant and around 12600 on antutu but not I'm on jelly bean; I get about 5200 and just about get 12000 on antutu, shouldn't the new OS be making the benchmarks better?

Benchmarks don't matter. Google and Samsung don't build software to score high marks on them. I wouldn't worry about it.
