Anyone regret the size you bought?

Are you required to place down deposit for a preorder at Best Buy? If so, how much?
No deposit is needed anywhere for pre ordering. At least in the US that's how it works if you use a credit card. They will just authorize your card but won't charge until it ships. If you use PayPal they don't have authorization mechanism like credit cards so they take the money from PayPal account as soon as you place the order.

For best buy specifically, if you are placing in store pre order they don't even take any payment info. They just take your name, contact details and reserve the phone. Once you pick up on launch day (or which ever day the phone is available), they run the payment. But online it's the usual they authorize the card at pre order and the actual charge happens when it ships.

Not really a deposit, but they did make me pay the taxes when I preordered. Did make it faster when I went to pick up.

I have no regrets or any issues with my Best Buy pre order. Heck I even got my wife to switch yesterday from always having an iPhone. We both went with plus models. No other way.

I just placed my order for the 10+ and while I don't think I'll regret the size, I hope I don't.

I was a little worried about the size when I ordered my 10+ as there are times when I need to be able to handle with one hand. But since I found "good lock"app with "one hand operation" from the galaxy store. And haven't looked back. I love this phone

I am starting to regret the size TBH. It is the age old dilemma of wanting that larger screen and having to deal with the burden of the larger device. I should have learned my lesson by now but clearly I have not!

It is not so much an issue in use (unless I am on the move) but the overall burden. Will be less of an issue when we move into Autumn and Winter and I have coat with pockets but as it is still Summer it is a challenging phone to comfortably carry.

Have not got my Note 10 plus yet but iam skeptical about the size! In one sense i feel its just a tad to big and that the regular 10 would be far more manageable and is still plenty big but on the other hand i feel that if i went with the regular 10 that i would soon be wishing i had of opted for the bigger display, more features and ultimately the "true" note 10 for not a whole lot more money so i guess deep down i think i made the right decision , but just a little skeptical about the size! In saying that, iam used to large displays so it shouldnt be too big a jump for me but it will def be the largest phone i have ever owned!

I really wish they made both handsets identical in terms of specs with the only difference being size and made the regular note 10 a 6.5 inch display

I have the10 and love the size. I ordered both and sent the plus back bc of it being at least a half an inch bigger than the 10. With 256 gb of storage I don't need a SD card and the batt is good to go
Definitely! I'm so sick and tired of people treating the smaller Note as if it shouldn't exists or is a bad phone because it lacks some of the "features" of the 10+. I'm hoping Samsung continues to make it because it is the one that brought me back to the Note after avoiding them due to size for a while now. I absolutely love it and I'm sure there are others out there who do as well.

I purchased the regular Note 10 and could not be happier. I went from N8, to N9 to the the S10. The bigger Notes were awesome but just too big for me. The N10 is the same size as the S10, that works well for me. That said I'm glad there is a choice for those who prefer the bigger model.

I went to store to buy note 10 in red color today and ended up picking black note 10 plus. Still setting up and loving it.
Love new vibration motor of phone, didnt like feels I am getting more accidental touches or may be i just switched from flat screen iPhone xs max. But I am sure I will super like this phone and I switch on screen every few minutes just to look at this sheer beauty

Yeah, I went to Bestbuy over the weekend to see the N10+ in person because all the reviewers are like "It's not that much bigger and just get over the size" blah blah blah. All I can say is I made the best decision for me by getting the N10. I am enjoying this phone very much and have no complaints/regrets.

How is the battery life on note 10?

No smaller N10 is perfect. Battery is good better then Pixel 3. According to reviews its about the same as 10+

Now that I have my Note 10+ (yesterday), I can say that I have no regrets at all. Came from a Note 8 and it's just a bit wider and taller. I loved showing off HD videos to co-workers today. Drool and dropped chins commenced. LOL
