Installed it on my return flight home today. Been using it a couple hours. Running great so far. I don't have 4G in my area, so that isn't an issue for me. I'll try it out for a few days and see how it goes. I'll restore back to BAMF if I need to. I'm new at all this, so let me know if you want me to test anything in particular.
Anyone try CM7 pre alpha yet?

Anyone having problem syncing your google account with CM7? It's able find my account but not able to connect to the server. I just download the zip and flashed using rom manager was their anything else I need?
No problems here. I don't think I set things up entirely right because i got the Market to work with the gapps flash, but then just had to download gmail, gvoice, etc. from the Market. But after that, no problems syncing my multiple google accounts.
Try to reboot and now my sd card won't read as well still can't get my account to sync actually it doesn't even start up asking me to sign up to my account. I have go in manual do it but still not syncing.
Hmm, only thing I can think of is to clear user data and start fresh. Did you clear data and cache when you flashed?
Yes but question if what does clear user data clear? is it data from sd card or the internal memory?
Clearing User Data has always left the contents of my SD Card intact - it should only be clearing the internal memory...

Yeah, it'll just clear internal memory which may solve the Google sync issue. Not sure what is going on with the SD card problem.
Someone with more Android experience will have to advise on that one. I trust you have tried another reboot or two to see if it will mount? I've never had that problem before. I'm sure it isn't that big of a deal to fix. You made backups of your system before installing custom ROMs, right?
Yes but can't access them without the sd card being mount also not having the gapps android market might be problem as well.
Did battery pull and swap my G1 sd card in now going to switch back to my Tbolt sd card.

So the other SD card you tried mounted successfully? Perhaps, your original TB card got corrupted somehow. Do you have another device to test the TB card in (another phone or microSD adapter for computer)?
Unfortunately, you may just need to reformat the card and start over if you can't use it in any device. And as far as a restore, that obviously wouldn't be possible, but the stock ROM should be available somewhere.
Unfortunately I will have couple days to get hold of micro sd card reader of my laptop to make sure my TBOLT SD Card is corrupt. If my laptop is able to read my sd card thIe server will just move files over to my G1 sd card and try not drop what may corrupted my sd card. Rom Manger Backup System could be conflicting with my Titanium Back Up system? Or their could be some bug within my tbolt sd card? Regardless soft type of corruption happen when I reboot first time on CM7 because I could not auto sync my account. Those could sign into my account on gmail or sync but with the sync it could connect it with the server?
I really don't know what I could be missing?
