I've been a die hard SwiftKeyX user for a while, but recently I've been trying out Thumb Keyboard 4. I switched for the landscape keyboard split, and for the ICS theme. It looks just like the stock keyboard.
I'd be interested in your thoughts on the Thumb Keyboard. As a former Blackberry user, I'm used to typing with my thumbs and I find I hit the wrong keys when using the stock keyboard. The Blackberry Storm actually had a pretty nice keyboard because it compensated for the angle your thumb/finger hits the keys and expects the keys on the left to be hit by your left hand the ones on the right by your right thumb/finger. I found I could type pretty fast on that keyboard (landscape mode).
Re: Anyone using any 'replacement' apps? Like Swiftkeys, camera,
I am currently using Swiftkey X, I'm not a good typist so it makes typing faster easier with the predictive aspect. I also use Astro File Manager to move things around: to sd card or make new folders.
