Anyone using note 9 with a drone?

I tried it. It's OK. I didn't want my main phone tied up with the drone though, so I switched to my old Note 8. Only used it that one day. It was a Christmas gift. Not sure what I need a drone for...lol

Me too. Have not flown mine in months. Well it’s cold right now.

I crank my brightness to Max and turn on airplane mode. DJI software can be buggy on android, but other than that, no problems...

Mavic pro. brightness all the way up. Airplane mode occasionally, wide brimmed hat and under a shade tree. No problems.

Not sure about the Note9. I fly my DJI Phantom 4 using an iPad Pro 9.7. Perfection!

I’ve flown with the iPad too but suffers in sunlight. The note seems to have the brightest screen amongst phones.

It's been cold asf in the North East USA.
But I had no probs with Oreo last fall with note 9 and my DJI Mavic Pro.
Don't worry Springs a coming.

Use my inspire 2 and air perfectly fine for commercial flights. No issues. Screen visibility is pretty good.

I’ve flown with the iPad too but suffers in sunlight. The note seems to have the brightest screen amongst phones.

I haven't flown with a standard iPad, I fly with an iPad Pro and it's pretty bright.
