I got mine back like a week or so after I bought the phone. If ya look at the terms and conditions they only had a limited amount of free codes if you waited to long you might be out of luck.

You submitted it to the website at Samsung and got confirmation? Did you submit your receipt also?

Email this address and ask them about your Netflix code.

Thanks. I just emailed them. I did submit a receipt and when I go to check on the status it states receipt has been received but is still being subjected to verification.

Yeah then I would for sure email that address. It can take a couple of days for them to get back to you. If you don't hear from them soon, call Samsung about it.
