Finally canceled my Seafoam green 6 from Best Buy (that was pre-ordered, but has been in limbo ever since). Sticking with the Stormy Black from Google that came in last week.

I say the S21+ as the flip 3 offers a one of a kind experience. I can't believe that I actually like using my flip 3 over my fold 3. Thought for sure it would be the other way around lol.

I agree, and I will sell the s21+. Likely use z flip 3 as my main phone, and regular P6 as a back up and occasional change of pace. But mostly as a great backup. With 5 years of security updates, it can sit in a draw waiting to step in an case of any emergency. Of course the S22 ultra is looming on the horizon. So we'll see.

It's been like this for more than a week. Am I ****ed up? I ordered on October 22nd. It's kinda unfair.

I just noticed the same update on mine. Also a 6 Pro ordered on the 22nd. I actually just hope it stays like that until it ships. Just suddenly being notified when it has shipped will be better than having the carrot dangled in front of me then pulled away the day before I'd expect it to ship.


Update: I have tracking. FedEx expects to deliver it on Wednesday the 24th so I am expecting it on the 26th.

Cancelled the best buy order after I concluded that they have no clue when they are actually getting stock of the white pro 256gb. One more try, this time direct from google. They claim delivery between Nov 26th-29th. If this fails I'm convinced it's just not meant to be with this phone.

Good luck. My white pro 256gb was ordered nov 1 and still has a delivery date of dec 8-9

It came! It's set up, it's working flawlessly thus far. Fingerprint reader hasn't given me any issues (but I work in biometrics, so). Only issue is call volume is still fairly low - set to max - like it was on my 3aXL. But crystal clear at both ends, which is good.

Just waiting for the 2nd update to finish optimizing - which takes hours - then one more restart and I'm all good.

I agree. From the beginning of this process (which included having UPS lose/damage/possibly steal my preorder from VZW, to Best Buy changing estimates every 5 minutes and me cancelling) to result in such a manner is shocking to me too.

This is a bit discouraging!
I ordered my Pixel 6 Pro on Oct 20.
I've watched others get theirs and I continue to wait.
My "Delivered by" date has bounced around like a yo-yo.
Currently I have "Delivered by Nov 27 - 30".
I'm seeing no hold on my Credit Card like I see others report.
To make matters even worse, yesterday my 3XL fell and shattered the screen.
It's still working, but now it tries to cut my fingers when I use it.
My patience is wearing very thin.

Thought I would check before going to bed.
Bank temporary authorization has been made!
Checked Order Details and my P6Pro, 128GB, Stormy Black, is being prepared for shipment!

I had the same problem. My first order went from Jan to early Dec, than back to jan then to Dec...got tired of the bouncing back-and-forth so cancelled. Decided to re-order on Nov 16, delivery date Dec 17-18 and has remained this date, and that is less of a problem for me than it bouncing around. In fact, I prefer this so it give me a time to see if the Dec security update has some fixes for the problems I am noting on this site that people are reporting.
If it doesn't, I still, in my mind, jump back and forth between the 6 pro and the S21 ultra.
Time will tell...

I understand your frustration. I ordered on the 19th and originally was slated to receive on release day. On the 27th it got pushed back to this week, and I've had it for less than a day.

It was an incredibly frustrating almost-month, but it was worth sticking it out for this phone.

Same for me. I had a Jan delivery date and it moved to Dec and hasn't budged but I can't understand why they would ship out others who ordered after us first.
