Anyone's screen stay on after reaching full charge?

This phone has all kinds of weird issues, but I'm never gonna let it go.

Has anyone experienced their phone's screen staying on after reaching full charge? I'm sure this happens over night and I can't imagine the screen staying on for over 6 to 7 hours. How to fix?

I keep AOD while I charge and that's only at night time, when I'm sleeping.

Don't understand. Screen still lights up and stays on for who knows how many hours after reaching full charge. -_- No one else has run into this?

I'm not experiencing this on my s8.

I use the original Samsung Wiressless Fast Charge Desktop Stand.

It didn't happen on my S8+ AT&T version. It seems to be doing normal. I charge mine every night before going to bed. The screen never stay on during or after charged.

My screen comes in once fully charged, but after the screen timeout (30 seconds) I goes off. My LG V10 did this as well.

In the Developer Settings there is a toggle for Stay Awake. If that is turned on then the screen won't go off while charging.

I checked those stay awake settings and they were all off. Behavior still persists though. It could be notification related, but I have no idea. I've tried to research the problem a little bit.
