I just grabbed a used but very good quality S5 off Ebay for a great price. I couldn't quite afford a brand new HTC or New S6. Plus I don't mind being behind a little. Anyway, I had Android a long time ago with the Captivate. Then Ieft and gave a few Lumias (900 and 920) a try running Windows. Stuck with that for a few years as I actually was fairly satisfied. Finally though I couldn't take the huge app gap and the fact that Apps were pulling out of Windows so I picked up the S5 and right now I couldn't be happier. It's a great phone especially if you are buying used or just an older version. I definitely recommend it. My battery has been great and camera is very nice. Low light settings aren't so hot but not a lot of cameras are great in low light. The lollipop update hasn't caused me any issues at all. Runs pretty smooth and fast at the moment as well. I don't play a lot of games or download a lot of apps but if you do the Internal 16gb probably isn't enough as you really only have close to 10gb free, especially if you are on AT&T with the bloatware etc. I'm not one to root my phone or anything like that either. It does have an SD card slot as well. So all and all there's really nothing I am not happy with at this moment. I have just freshly returned to Android and the S5 so I will update if need to be!
Yes there is......after the latest update i cant send text messages to multiple contacts? (i can but i have to delete this and navigate here and there) just want to click on my contacts with one click to add them but i cant! grrr

The slow Wi-Fi enabling was a, "feature", of the early stock Samsung builds which they addressed in, IIRC, build OC7 onwards. After this build, Wi-Fi enabling was instant and connection was made on boot-up, prior to screen on. Samsung are pushing out OC7 to the G900F models but the carrier branded variants may have to wait on their carriers.

Yes! My phone have troubles waking up. I press lock or home button and the screen stays black. Sometimes I have to press it on /off a couple of times. Very frustrating

Nope. I love this phone since a year ago and I still love it now. I use greenify for unnecessary apps and wow my battery life is doubled! Performance is fast enough for me. Camera is excellent in daytime. Night time camera is so so, but its the same story to a lot of phone out there. Happy camper here

Let's see. I loved loved loved my S5 since I got it, but then this stupid Lollipop update came to my phone 3 days ago...I didn't know anything about it before...and now I HATE my phone. I'm desperately looking for a way to get back to how it looked previously to the update which was only since 3 days ago. I tried everything the forum says, but I keep getting a Fail message...I don't know what to do. I'm at the point where I'm actually going to search for a local developer that can fix my phone, if not, I'm probably gonna have to dump it. That's how much I hate how it looks now.
seems like most people enjoy the s5 but why do some people say stuff like:'s5 sucks,batterh life is horrible,note 3 is way better'when clearly s5 is good?
